Shipping Policy

Items bought at Bluebellwhimsy.com are either ready to ship or custom made. Orders containing ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom made items will be processed and shipped within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking information. If any delays in shipping are detected you will receive an email notifying you of the delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be added and visible at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150.00.

APO/PO Box Shipping

USPS will be the default carrier for APO or PO Box orders. There are size restrictions on shipments that go to APO and PO boxes, so please be aware. If the item you are purchasing is large, please contact us and we will help you in deciding the best path to take. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot deliver parcels to your PO Box or APO, the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.

Lost/Damaged Shipment

Please notify us as soon as you find your products to be damaged or lost. Keep all boxes and package material that was included in the shipment. All original products and material must be present in order to process a damage claim. Bluebell Whimsy is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
